3. Pricing and Payments
All prices on our website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment may be processed through accredited payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard) or Cash on Delivery (COD) across available coverage zones in Bangladesh.
By placing an order, you confirm that the billing and payment information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and authorized.
4. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order on our platform or concierge channels:
- You agree to provide accurate, active, and complete contact, recipient name, and delivery details.
- Your order may be confirmed via phone call, SMS, or direct WhatsApp messaging before dispatch.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud is suspected, stock is depleted, or address details are unverified.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver products within the estimated delivery timeframes (typically 24–48 hours within Dhaka, and 3–5 business days nationwide across Bangladesh). However, delivery times may vary depending on district location, courier partners, weather delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Khan Fragrance is not responsible for unavoidable transit delays once the parcel has been safely handed over to verified third-party courier services.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of concentrated perfume oils and personal luxury fragrances, returns are strictly limited.
Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered from our side.
- Product arrives visibly damaged or leaked during transit.
Customers must notify our concierge within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, accompanied by an uninterrupted parcel unboxing video and clear photo proof.

8. User Conduct
